During her studies she worked alongside ophthalmology, preparing patients for treatments and surgery. She is proficient in diagnosing and treatment of many ocular diseases including complications due to diabetes, glaucoma, macular degeneration and many others.

Since graduation Dr. Hopkins has spent hundreds of continuing education hours learning about functional vision in the area of vision rehabilitation therapy. She works with patients of all ages who struggle with binocular vision dysfunction (developmental or traumatic brain injury), strabismus and amblyopia. Dr. Hopkins is passionate about clear comfortable vision for everyone!

Dr. Hopkins is looking forward to the opportunities to support "Sight for Life" in the Niagara area as the new practice owner of the practices established by Dr. Robertson-Woods. Dr. Hopkins is growing Dr. Hopkins, Dr. Robertson-Woods & Associates with the open invitation to new patients and with the addition of the Niagara Vision Therapy Centre at the St. Catharines location.
